Can i replace dell xps 14z (L412z) with touch screen and what things i need to know?

Now i am searching on aliexpress website for dell xps 14z whole upper panel (LP140WH6 TJA1) to replace my broken one. And i found touch screen and non touch on aliexpre but my laptop is actually non touch screen. So, can i replace it with touch screen and what are the thing i should be aware of? Pin type or something like connector types? I would like to know detail about replacing lcd panel cos i have to order it online to avoid further problems.
